Visitor Guidelines

必須於訪客中心登記。
-
本苑只接受預約參觀，不設自由參觀。
-
參觀者必須於預定參觀日最少3天至90天前預約。我們會在收到申請後通知參觀者相關的活動安排。

所有預約將以先到先得形式辦理。
-
不可攜帶食物進入香港導盲犬學苑。
-
請勿在香港導盲犬學苑範圍內飲食。
-
請保持香港導盲犬學苑清潔，把垃圾帶走或放進廢物箱。
-
請勿採摘、折損或移動苑內植物。
-
請勿餵飼或滋擾導盲犬及輔助治療犬。
-
不得破壞苑內公物。
-
不可在未經批准下攜帶動物進入香港導盲犬學苑。
-
請勿攜帶單車、滑板、踏板車等進入香港導盲犬學苑。
-
不得在香港導盲犬學苑生火。
-
香港導盲犬學苑全苑均為非吸煙區。
-
在香港導盲犬學苑範圍內，不可在未經批准下進行婚禮、畢業、人像、角色造型或其他商業攝影活動。
-
在香港導盲犬學苑進行拍攝時，請勿使用攝影腳架。
-
禁止進入「訪客免進」區域。
-
須遵守秩序以策安全，切勿喧嘩或奔跑，以免影響其他人學習和體驗環境。
-
除經執行董事書面批准及當事人認可，訪客不可向香港導盲犬學苑的課程、活動或參加者進行拍攝或錄影。
-
除經執行董事書面批准外，不得操作或演奏任何樂器或其他器具(包括任何音響器件、揚聲器、留聲機或無線電器具)或以該等樂器或器具製造聲響，亦不得唱歌或叫喊。

除經執行董事書面批准外，不得作廣告宣傳、發表公開演詞、講章、祈禱語句、經文或教義，或舉行或參與《公安條例》(第245章)所界定的公眾聚集、集會或遊行。

除經執行董事書面批准外，任何人不得在構成園地一部分的任何建築物、牆壁、柱子、座椅或建築物的任何部分，或在任何樹木或其他自然景物上展示任何告示、標誌、海報、條幅、標語牌、招貼、或廣告宣傳品或任何相類圖片、字句或裝飾。

不得使用粗言穢語滋擾別人。

香港導盲犬學苑有權要求違反訪客守則的人士立即離開。

Visitors should register at the Hong Kong Guide Dogs Academy's Visitor Centre.
-
The Academy only accepts visits by appointment and does not offer walk-in tours.
-
Visitors must make reservations at least 3 to 90 days in advance of the scheduled visit date. We will notify visitors of the relevant activity arrangements after receiving applications.

All reservations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
-
Do not bring any food onto the premises.
-
Eating is prohibited at the Hong Kong Guide Dogs Academy.
-
Please keep the Hong Kong Guide Dogs Academy clean and tidy by placing litter in a bin or taking it away with you.
-
No picking or removal of plants or parts of plants.
-
No feeding or disturbing any guide dogs or Animal Assisted Intervention dogs.
-
No damage to the facilities.
-
No pets or other animals can be brought into the Hong Kong Guide Dogs Academy.
-
No bicycles, skateboards, or scooters can be brought into the Hong Kong Guide Dogs Academy.
-
No lighting of fires.
-
No smoking is permitted.

Photography or filming for commercial purposes and/or for weddings, graduation or portrait/cosplay is not permitted without the written permission of the Executive Director of KFBG.

Do not use tripods when taking photos in the Hong Kong Guide Dogs Academy.

Visitors must refrain from entering restricted areas.
-
Visitors are required to behave in an orderly and safe manner; shouting and charging around, which are not conducive to a safe and meaningful learning experience, are not permitted.

Visitors must not photograph or video course/workshop participants or classroom operations without the permission of the Executive Director of KFBG and the course leader.

Visitors must not operate, play, or make any sounds on any musical or other instrument, including any sound device, loud hailer, gramophone or radio apparatus, or sing any song or shout without the written permission of the Executive Director of KFBG.

Visitors must not advertise, deliver a public speech, lecture, prayer, scripture or sermon, or hold or take part in a public gathering, meeting or procession as defined in the Public Order Ordinance (Cap 245) without the written permission of the Executive Director of KFBG.

Visitors must not, except with the KFBG Executive Director's written permission, display any notice, sign, poster, banner, placard, bill or advertisement or any similar picture, wording or decoration to, or upon any part of any building, wall, post, seat or any other structure forming part of the Hong Kong Guide Dogs Academy or to any tree or other natural feature.

No obscene or foul language or behaviour that disturbs other people.

The Hong Kong Guide Dogs Academy reserves the right to terminate any visit in circumstances where visitors fail to comply with these guidelines.
